Advanced English in Mandatory!  

Main Tasks

 

-      Responsible for accounts payable invoice entry and payment transactions,review of unpaid / aging invoice issues, resolve any invoice issues, review results monthly 

-      Preparation of Cash flow and give visibility about company cash situation in order to allow the cash management

-      Daily follow up on company bank accounts 

-      Develop the process for archiving and maintaining invoices on an ongoing basis

-      Lead and support the accounts payable clerks

       

Experience

 

-      Minimum 3 years of financial experience.

 

Skills

 

-      Excellent verbal and written communications skills

-      Excellent computer skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, accounting systems and financial concepts 

-      Good level of English both written and verbal
